Sick for something, spent the virtually the whole day in bed. One of those occasions of the cave I get. I could enumerate causes but in truth I know I could equally regard the same things as inconveniences, so they are not causes, they're just coloured by the cause and I don't know what that is, never have. What I'm getting better at is cultivating ways to find the path out of the cave. So that's where Sparrow has been in my thoughts today.
