March 30th 2019 Sick for something, spent the virtually the whole day in bed. One of those occasions of the cave I get. I could enumerate causes but in truth I know I could equally regard the same things as inconveniences, so they are not causes, they're just coloured by the cause and I don't know what that is, never have. What I'm getting better at is cultivating ways to find the path out of the cave. So that's where Sparrow has been in my thoughts today.

March 27th 2019 Wondering if her tropical plants are out of their winter coats. Talking with people at work and find myself again quoting her, locating my opinions through hers. Wondering how I'll frame my picture. Sitting amongst the crows.

April 1st 2019 The trick is to get up and walk. Keep going. Like the story we found in a pack of Sufi wisdom, the phrase to end all sadness is, "This too will pass". It is also the phrase to end all happiness.
